Frenchette Bakery at the Whitney expands on the highly successful Frenchette Bakery Tribeca concept, offering French baking and viennoiserie traditions by incorporating ancient and local heirloom grains where possible.
The ground-floor café, by chef owners Lee Hanson and Riad Nasr - with lead baker, Peter Edris, executive pastry chef, Michelle Palazzo, and executive chef, Angela Zeng - combines the best of Tribeca’s Frenchette Bakery with a menu reflecting the spirit of a French café, as their nearby restaurant, Frenchette.
